Really enjoyed that the hotel was incredible and had kind staff with pleasant receptionist. Brilliant location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. There was Olde English Fisheries nearby to grab something to eat.

The hotel is quiet and excellent with welcoming employees with pleasant receptionist.

Fab location to Nostell Priory and Parkland.

Had the worst hotel experience ever! Been Dyslexic I booked this hotel thinking it was cheap £35 a night not bad I thought , but when I arrived after travelling 30 minutes I got there for them to say they require a £100 deposit or I can not stay in the room , I am currently 15 weeks pregnant and going through a very difficult time in my life after becoming homeless 2 months ago so u can image how upset I was when they told me I couldn't stay because I didn't have the £100 and then to top it off they said there's a £35 cancellation free :-( so the last bit of money I had I couldn't get back to book a room else where absolutely devastated . The women was no help at all she was none Sympathetic she had a very stubborn attitude and barely and eye contact I found her very rude ! I stayed on the streets last night..... in future make sure all information is written correctly and explained before any money is taken from your bank account find it disgusting that I couldn't get my money back when I'd only just booked it an hour before . Shocking!

The room I had was simple but clean with a fridge, kettle, microwave, plates, and cutlery, super handy. Nice shower with good pressure. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything worked, including the free WiFi and TV. There's limited parking but a lot of options nearby, just a short walk away.

The room was cozy and spotless, and I loved that it had a warm bed to crash in after a long day. I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the nice little lounge area where I could relax with a drink. Just a minor thing, the room felt a bit dimly lit for my taste, but it didn't bother me too much. 😊

I really appreciated the upgrade to a Superior room upon arrival. The large comfy bed made for a restful night, and the fridge and microwave added convenience. The team was friendly. Don't forget to check out nearby restaurants for fantastic local dining options.

Friendly staff but cleanliness issues

I stayed for one night and while the location was convenient, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The staff were friendly and accommodating, made check-in easy. I found the sheets to be stained and the bathroom not properly cleaned. It's a shame because the hotel has potential with its good staff and location.
